By accessing or using The-Givers Donations App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. User Accounts
Users must create an account to access certain features of the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Posting Items
Users can post unused or unwanted items for donation. By posting an item, you represent that you own the item and have the right to donate it.
4. Requesting Items
Users can request items posted by others. You agree to communicate respectfully and to negotiate terms regarding the item, including location and delivery.
5. Communication
Users can chat with each other to discuss item details. All communication should be respectful and appropriate.
6. User Profiles
Users can set and update their profile information, including full name, email, phone number, location, and profile image. You are responsible for the accuracy of this information.
7. Notifications
Users will receive notifications for new messages, new item postings, and other relevant updates. You can manage your notification settings in your profile.
8. Item Management
Users can delete their donated items and manage their status (e.g., available, requested, delivered). Users can also delete their requests for items.
9. Contacting Us
Users can contact The-Givers through the contact page for any inquiries or support.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in any fraudulent or harmful behavior.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia.
